In March 2009,
The Nevada State Health Division
requested information from early
intervention providers,
organizations, stakeholders of early
intervention services and other
individuals about how early
intervention services should be
delivered in Nevada. The overall
intent of this Request for
Information was for fact finding
purposes only; a contract(s) will
not be awarded on the responses
submitted to this Request for
Information. A separate public
notice for a Request for Proposal
(RFP) may be released at a later
date. If a Request for Proposal
(RFP) is subsequently released, a
RFP notice will be publicly posted
for statewide dissemination.
Seven
written submissions were received
from Easter Seals of Southern
Nevada, OT Playroom, REM of Southern
Nevada, Continuum, Therapy
Management Group, Curam Software,
and The Foundation for Positively
Kids, Inc, and are posted on this
website. In addition, public
workshops were held on March 31,
2009. It is the future intent of the
Health Division to aggregate the
submitted information along with
input from the public workshops into
one final document, which will also
be made available on this website.
